    All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance will be collected at the conclusions of services.

  • The perfect package for those looking to have their event planned out for their personal execution. Sit with our coordinator to draft your vision, take your plans and deliver an event to remember. Services include:

    • Theme + aesthetic design

    • Layout + experience flow

    • Decor direction

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Creative direction

    • Timeline build

    • 2-3 check-ins prior to event

    $1,250

    All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance will be collected at 9AM EST on the day of your event.

  • Relieve yourself of the stress when it comes to the day of event flow. This package allows clients to map out their special day alongside our event coordinator. Enjoy your event worry-free, with the benefit of a day-of coordinator on site to assure that every detail is executed smoothly. Services include:

    • Theme + aesthetic design

    • Layout + experience flow

    • Decor direction

    • Vendor recommendations

    • Creative direction

    • Timeline build

    • Budget management

    • Marketing collaboration

    • Weekly Check-ins

    • Day of event lead

    $2,500

    All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance will be collected at 9AM EST on the day of your event.

  • Planning a cannabis-centered event? Our pièce de résistance. Add our Cannabis Specialty to your coordination package. Services include:

    • Compliance awareness

    • Consumption-friendly spatial flow

    • Brand partnership integration

    • Elevated tasting/activation design

    • Risk-conscious planning

Consultation

An initial 90 minute meeting is scheduled to discuss the details, desires and expectations of The Sesh and your event. Together, we will map out a plan for your gathering.

Pick A Package

At the conclusion of your consultation, we will decide the best package to move forward with to make your event a memorable success.

Event Curation

It’s time to put the pieces of your party together. Organizing, gathering supplies, communicating with vendors… all while in constant contact with you to ensure your event is coming together perfectly.
